The powerful STAHLWERK CUT 60 Pilot IGBT plasma cutter delivers a powerful 60 amps and has a precise high-frequency (HF) pilot ignition for first-class ignition behaviour. Depending on the material, the cutting capacity is up to 24 mm (mild steel ST37 up to 24 mm, V2A or V4A up to 16 mm, aluminium up to 13 mm). In addition to the common conductive metals, the Plasmacutter is also suitable for painted sheet metal and rust film. The cutting current is infinitely variable from 20 to 60 amps. The compact unit has smart cooling and overheating protection and is easy to transport at only 11.5 kg. In addition to a comprehensive accessories package, the STAHLWERK CUT 60 Pilot IGBT plasma cutter - like all STAHLWERK units - comes with a 7-year warranty.

Funktions & Components

Plasma / CUT - With electricity, a plasma jet is generated, which melts the material, which is then removed with compressed air. So all conductive metals such as e.g. steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and many more can be cut precisely.
Cutting power - Dividing cuts are possible depending on material up to 24 mm. Structural steel ST37 up to 24mm, V2A or V4A up to 16 mm, aluminium up to 13 mm.
Pilot ignition - High frequency pilot ignition for an excellent ignition. No contact with the workpiece necessary! The pilot flame produces the arc. This burner can be operated with a spacer included in the delivery.
Cutting current - stepless adjustment from 20 to 60 A.
Air post-flow - When the cutting process is complete, air automatically flows to cool the torch and reduce nozzle and electrode wear.
High quality guide carriage / trolley / spacer for P60 plasma torch, enables precise cutting and provides consistent torch position.
