The STAHLWERK ARC 270 ST welding device with a power of 270 amps is ideal for DC MMA | E-hand welding. The device can be used flexibly, as no shielding gas is required. In addition, the high-quality welding machine features the latest generation IGBT technology. The set welding parameters can be easily read on a clear digital display. The various modes can be quickly set using the intuitive menu. An integrated overheating protection and a high performance cooling system allow the continuous retrieval of the maximum power. A three-phase, 400-volt AC power supplies the welder and allows an output of true 270 amps. An adjustable current boost at start-up ensures better ignition results, the arc width can be continuously regulated due to an adjustable spray arc, and the automatic shutdown of the welding current prevents the welding electrode from sticking.

Hot Arc - Adjustable current increase at start for better ignition results. Prevents sticking of the stick electrode and heats up the weld start faster by briefly superimposing the set welding current.
