Functions & Features

The plasma cutting torch PT -31 Basic lies well in the hand and allows a longer, less tiring cutting.
Length - The burner has a 5m long gas-cooled hose.
This hose package is suitable for the following plasma cutting unit CUT 40.
Connection - The connection for the air supply is made via a union nut with a connection thread (M16x1.5). The switching contact for the ignition is established via a 2-pin connector plug.
Ground connection - Our latest generation of hose packages has a built-in ground connection in the air hose. This eliminates the need for an additional connecting plug and the hose is more robust.
Specifications - The PT-31 generates a current of up to 40 amps and achieves a air flow rate of up to 80 L/min.

During welding and plasma cutting, extreme heat is generated and sparks fly. Conventional rubber protection offers only limited protection for the hose assembly in use. Mechanical and thermal stresses can damage the rubber cover.

The leather hose is NOT to be pulled over the existing rubber hose, but it supplements the entire length of the rubber hose. Only then it does offer the highest possible protection and comfort during work. Available in 3,5 m and 5 m length.

Provides protection from external influences such as dirt & sparks. By replacing the conventional rubber cover, the hose package becomes more flexible and facilitates welding. Flame retardant cow split leather reliably protects the cables and increases the service life of the hose package.
