The powerful STAHLWERK CUT 70 Pilot IGBT plasma cutter delivers a powerful 70 amps and has a precise high-frequency (HF) pilot ignition for first-class ignition behaviour. Depending on the material, the cutting capacity is up to 25 mm (mild steel ST37 up to 25 mm, V2A or V4A up to 18 mm, aluminium up to 16 mm). In addition to the common conductive metals, the Plasmacutter is also suitable for painted sheet metal and rust film. The cutting current is infinitely variable from 20 to 70 amps. The compact unit has smart cooling and overheating protection and is easy to transport at only 11.4 kg. In addition to a comprehensive accessories package, the STAHLWERK CUT 70 Pilot IGBT plasma cutter - like all STAHLWERK units - comes with a 7-year warranty.

Funktions & Components

Plasma / CUT - With electricity, a plasma jet is generated, which melts the material, which is then removed with compressed air. So all conductive metals such as e.g. steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and many more can be cut precisely.
Cutting power - Dividing cuts are possible depending on material up to 25 mm. Structural steel ST37 up to 25mm, V2A or V4A up to 18 mm, aluminium up to 16 mm.
Pilot ignition - High frequency pilot ignition for an excellent ignition. No contact with the workpiece necessary! The pilot flame produces the arc. This burner can be operated with a spacer included in the delivery.
Cutting current - stepless adjustment from 20 to 70 A.
Air post-flow - When the cutting process is complete, air automatically flows to cool the torch and reduce nozzle and electrode wear.
