The STAHLWERK ST-800 PV is a high-quality, fully automatic welding helmet for beginners, advanced users and professionals with optical class 1/1/1/1 and is suitable for welding, plasma cutting as well as wearing and cutting work. It has all the requirements and adjustment options needed for such work. The desired mode (weld, cut, grind) can be set quickly and easily. The welding helmet is equipped with a real color filter cassette to enable true color reproduction during welding. Thanks to the two side windows, the helmet has a 180° field of vision and the darkening levels can be adjusted between DIN 5 and DIN 13. The real color filter cassette automatically darkens to the set DIN level within 1/30,000 seconds. The fade-in delay and sensitivity are infinitely adjustable. Thanks to the comfortable headband, the helmet can be adjusted to almost any head size.

3 in 1 function - The multifunctional helmet is suitable for welding, plasma cutting, grinding and cutting work. The desired mode (weld, cut, grind) can be set quickly and easily.
Dimming levels - The fully automatic welding helmet can be set from DIN 5 to DIN 13. This offers maximum safety for almost all welding processes.
Reaction time - The filter cassette automatically darkens to the set DIN level within 1/30,000 seconds. Four high-performance sensors give the signal as soon as the arc is created.
Sensitivity - Infinitely adjustable. This regulates the brightness at which the filter cassette dims to the set darkening level.
Delay - The fade-in delay is infinitely adjustable. The delay specifies the time after which the filter cassette fades back to the normal brightness level (DIN4) after the arc has gone out. This prevents the eyes from being irritated by the brightness of an afterglowing piece of metal.
The helmet has a 180° field of vision thanks to two side windows.

Features & benefits

Headband - The headband can be adjusted to almost any head size. Even while wearing! The width can be adjusted using the cross struts and the circumference using the rotary knob at the back of the head.
Padding & weight - Thanks to the padding on the front and the low weight of just 630g, the helmet offers a high level of comfort during welding and cutting work.
Field of vision - Thanks to the field of vision of 100mm x 83mm, you always have a good overview of the workpiece.
Diopter lens holder - The filter cassette has a holder for diopter lenses. This eliminates the need for glasses under the helmet.
