Device Funktions & Components
- AC/DC TIG welding – Alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC). welding and cutting of almost all materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and many more.
- 2 in 1 combined device – TIG and MMA welding up to 200A.
- Extensive pulse function – TIG PULSE - Prevents the burning of materials and reduces deformation due to heat, particularly suitable for welding thin plates, the material of which may be heated only slightly. Adjustable parameters are: basic current, pulse duty, pulse frequency, long and short pulse.
- IGBT Technology – The latest and most modern transistor technology enables high performance welding! No transformer, no MOSFET, state-of-the-art IGBT!
- Lightweight & compact design – only 12,9 kg and dimensions of 455 x 220 x 370 mm. Innovative IGBT transistors save space and weight compared to the old MOSFET technology. No heavy carrying!
- High frequency ignition– allows non-contact ignition and ensures a much better welding result.
Device Features & Benefits
- 2T/4T (TIG) – determines the control of the operating mode and provides extended control over the current flow. In 2T mode, high-frequency ignition (HF) remains active until the button on the torch is released. In 4T mode the arc is ignited after a single press and release of the button. After pressing and releasing again, the ignition is stopped.
- Start/End Current – prevents voids (end craters) at the end of the weld.
- Gas post flow (TIG) – protects the tungsten electrode against excessive wear and protects the weld from oxidation. The parameter can be set individually and separately. It indicates how long after ignition ends gas should flow.
- Smart cooling & overheating protection – modern technology, built-in overheat protection and high-performance cooling allow you to get maximum performance.
- Innovative hose package including modified WP-26 torch with flexible head. The welding current is regulated by means of an adjustment wheel installed directly on the torch. The torch is connected to the hose assembly via a ball joint. This enables flexible and easy working.

- AC - Balance (TIG) – is a variable setting between breaking the oxide layer (-) and deeper penetration (+). This helps to influence properties of different materials and alloys.
- Welding current / Basic current - The two rotary knobs “welding current” and “basic current”, two different current intensities can be set for a welding operation between which the welding current always changes.
- Pulse duty - With the pulse duty, we now set how long the welding current, takes the current intensity of the pulse current before it returns to the normal welding current.
- Pulse frequency - The pulse frequency determines how often the current changed back and forth between the two set values within a fixed time interval.
- Long pulse - The weld becomes wider, the heat input is higher and the penetration is deeper.
- Short pulse - The weld pool is easier to control and the danger of welding a hole in the sheet is lower.
-
Foot pedal - Remote controllable current control via foot pedal (not included). The foot control mode gives you the advantage that you can control the current even during the welding process, which gives you various possibilities for the execution of the welding work. The maximum current is set on the device. The foot pedal is set to 10. When the foot pedal is pressed, the device ignites with a lower current than indicated on the display. Once the foot pedal is fully depressed, you reach the set maximum current. The value on the display does not change during this time. Examples:
- Maximum current display: 100A / ignition current by pedal: approx. 40A
- Maximum current display: 150A / ignition current by pedal: approx. 80A
- Maximum current display: 200A / ignition current by pedal: approx. 110A -
Hotstart – Automatic voltage increase upon the start for better ignition results.
Anti-stick - Automatic shutdown of the welding current in case of sticking of the electrode which allows an easy removal. It also prevents annealing of the electrode. - TIG (Tungsten-Inert-Gas) – Inert gas welding with inert / inactive gases such as Argon 4.6 (99.996%). An arc is created in an argon bell between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece. This melts the material and any filler material that is supplied. A weld seam is created.
- MMA / Stick electrode welding– is a universal welding process. No protective gas is needed and can therefore be used flexibly anywhere.

Note:
- The unit is not intended for use in residential areas where power is supplied by a public low-voltage power supply system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic compatibility in these areas due to both conducted and radiated interference.
