STAHLWERK Summer Prize Draw 2026 — the raffle of three professional prizes to celebrate the football summer of 2026.
1. Organiser
The organiser of the prize draw is STAHLWERK Schweissgeräte GmbH, Mainstraße 4, 53332 Bornheim, Germany. Further contact details can be found in our legal notice.
2. Prizes
As part of the prize draw, STAHLWERK is raffling off the following three items:
- 1st prize: CROW tool trolley, equipped with 235 premium tools
- 2nd prize: MIG/MAG 160 M welding machine
- 3rd prize: ST-98 Pro compressor
A cash payout, exchange or transfer of the prizes to other persons is not possible. There is no legal entitlement to the prize. Should any of the products listed no longer be available at the time of the draw, STAHLWERK reserves the right to offer an equivalent replacement.
3. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are all persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation and who are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Employees of STAHLWERK Schweissgeräte GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries via different email addresses or with misleading information will result in exclusion from the prize draw. Simultaneous participation in several STAHLWERK prize draws running in parallel is not possible; each person may take part in only one STAHLWERK prize draw at a time.
4. Participation & Deadline
Participation takes place exclusively via the registration form on the landing page of the STAHLWERK Summer Prize Draw 2026. The following steps are required:
- Enter your email address in the registration form (first name optional).
- By clicking on "Take part now", you confirm your subscription to the STAHLWERK newsletter and your participation in the prize draw.
- Participation becomes effective once you confirm the double opt-in link sent by email.
The recorded time of the confirmation email (double opt-in) is decisive for the validity of the participation. Registrations without a confirmed double opt-in do not take part in the draw.
The closing date for entries is 30 July 2026 at 23:59 (CEST).
5. Determination of Winners & Notification
The winners will be determined after the closing date by means of a random draw among all validly participating persons. The draw is carried out impartially by STAHLWERK. The winners will be notified within 14 days of the draw by email to the address provided in the registration form.
If a winner does not respond with their delivery address within 14 days of the first prize notification, the claim lapses and a replacement winner is drawn.
6. Data Protection
By participating in the prize draw, you consent to the collection and use of your email address — and, if provided by you, your first name. This personal data is stored and processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting and handling the prize draw and for notification in the event of a win.
Data is passed on to third parties exclusively to our newsletter service provider Klaviyo (Klaviyo Inc., USA). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Klaviyo; the transfer of data to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a message to news@stahlwerk-schweissgeraete.de. Your data will then be deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Further information on the processing of your data can be found in our privacy policy.
7. Exclusion from the Prize Draw
STAHLWERK reserves the right to exclude persons from the prize draw who violate these terms and conditions, use manipulative aids (e.g. bots, scripts, automated registrations) or otherwise gain unfair advantages. Prizes already allocated may in this case be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.
8. Early Termination & Changes
STAHLWERK reserves the right to cancel or end the prize draw at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, in particular if proper execution can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In this case, participants have no claims against STAHLWERK.
9. No Connection to Third-Party Platforms
The prize draw is in no way connected to Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google or any other platform and is neither sponsored, endorsed nor organised by them. It is also not associated with FIFA, UEFA or any official football tournament of 2026.
10. Legal Recourse & Miscellaneous
Recourse to the courts is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
