Terms & Conditions
STAHLWERK GR Experience Prize Draw 2026 — raffle of three professional tool prizes as part of the GR Experience 2026 at the Nürburgring.
1. Organiser
The organiser of the prize draw is STAHLWERK Schweissgeräte GmbH, Mainstraße 4, 53332 Bornheim, Germany. Further contact details can be found in the Imprint.
2. Prizes
As part of the prize draw, STAHLWERK is raffling the following three items:
- 1st Prize: Workshop Trolley SHARK
- 2nd Prize: Compressor ST-308V Pro
- 3rd Prize: Trolley Jack WHF-73 ST
Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prizes to other persons is not possible. There is no legal entitlement to a prize. If individual products are no longer available at the time of the draw, STAHLWERK reserves the right to offer an equivalent replacement.
3. Eligibility
All persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation and reside in Germany, Austria or Switzerland are eligible to take part. Employees of STAHLWERK Schweissgeräte GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries via different email addresses or with misleading information will result in exclusion from the prize draw.
4. Participation & Deadline
Participation is only possible via the sign-up form on the landing page /official-partner-gr-experience-2026-nuerburgring. The following steps are required:
- Enter your email address in the sign-up form (first name optional).
- By clicking "Join now", you confirm your subscription to the STAHLWERK newsletter and your participation in the prize draw.
- Participation becomes effective once you confirm the double-opt-in link by email.
The recorded time of the confirmation email (double opt-in) is decisive for the validity of participation. Sign-ups without confirmed double opt-in do not take part in the draw.
The closing date for entries is 31 December 2026 at 23:59 CET.
5. Determining & Notifying Winners
After the closing date, winners will be determined by a random draw among all validly participating persons. The draw is conducted impartially by STAHLWERK. Winners will be notified by email to the address provided in the sign-up form within 14 days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond with their shipping address within 14 days of the first notification, the claim is forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn.
6. Data Protection
By taking part in the prize draw, you consent to the collection and use of your email address — as well as, if provided, your first name. This personal data is stored and processed exclusively for the purpose of running and handling the prize draw and notifying you in case of a win.
Data is shared with third parties exclusively with our newsletter service provider Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) and, as part of spam protection, with Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd., Ireland). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR exists with Brevo.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to news@stahlwerk-schweissgeraete.de. Your data will subsequently be deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply. For more information on the processing of your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Exclusion from the Prize Draw
STAHLWERK reserves the right to exclude persons from the prize draw who violate these terms and conditions, use manipulative tools (e.g. bots, scripts, automated sign-ups) or otherwise gain unfair advantages. Prizes already awarded may be revoked and reclaimed in such cases.
8. Early Termination & Changes
STAHLWERK reserves the right to terminate or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, in particular if proper execution can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. Participants have no claims against STAHLWERK in such cases.
9. Legal Recourse & Other
Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
