Shipping Costs

  • The detailed shipping costs are calculated and displayed once you have placed the items in your shopping cart and entered the delivery address.
  • Shipping costs can only be determined once there are items in your shopping cart.

Delivery Times

  • The respective delivery times can be found in the product descriptions. These may vary and depend on availability and delivery region.
  • Please note possible pre-sales – delivery times will be adjusted accordingly.

Orders & Partial Deliveries

How shipping works for larger orders and full equipment sets

Step 1

Large Orders & Full Equipment Sets

For larger orders, and especially for full equipment sets, shipping may be split into multiple deliveries. It is possible that partial deliveries sent at the same time may arrive at different times.

Step 2

Check Shipping Confirmation

If you have only received part of a delivery, please first check the shipping confirmation that you received from us by email. For partial deliveries, the shipping confirmation contains two tracking numbers.

Step 3

Wait for the Second Shipment

Usually, the second shipment arrives one day later. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service.

Use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch or EuroGoods.ch for convenient delivery to Switzerland. All customs formalities up to delivery to your home are handled for a small fee by MeinEinkauf.ch or EuroGoods.ch. You receive your goods quickly, affordably, and fully customs-cleared.

Direct Delivery by STAHLWERK

If you choose direct delivery by STAHLWERK, only the actual shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart.

Depending on the value of goods, delivery region, etc., additional customs duties and import VAT according to DAP terms may apply. These fees will be charged upon delivery directly by our shipping partners (GLS, Dachser).

Drop-off Authorization

Please understand that for shipments with a drop-off authorization to GLS, no replacement claims can be made in case of loss of goods.

Island Shipping

Shipping to islands is generally only possible upon request. Please contact our customer service before placing your order.
