Functions
- DC TIG welding - direct current (DC). Welding of almost all metals, such as steel, stainless steel, copper and many more. Note: Not suitable for aluminum - for this an AC/DC unit is needed.
- 4 in 1 combination unit - TIG welding is possible up to 200 A, MMA welding up to 160 A.
- Extensive pulse function - TIG PULS - prevents burning through materials and reduces deformation due to heat, especially suitable for welding thin plates whose material may be heated only slightly. Adjustable parameters are: Pulse current, pulse frequency, long and short pulse.
- 2T/4T (TIG) - determines the control of the operating mode and provides extended control over the current flow. In 2T mode, high frequency (HF) ignition remains active until the button on the torch is released. In 4T mode, pressing and releasing the button once ignites the arc. After pressing and releasing again, the ignition is terminated. Some functions, such as current reduction, are only possible in 4T.
- Current reduction - prevents the formation of shrink marks (end craters) at the end of the weld.
- Gas follow-up (TIG) - protects the tungsten electrode from excessive wear and protects the weld seam from oxidation. The parameter can be set individually and separately. It specifies how long gas should flow after ignition.
- IGBT Technology - Latest and most modern transistor technology enables highest performance and high duty cycle (ED)! No transformer, no MOSFET, most modern IGBT!
Features & Advantages
- Lightweight & compact design - only 6.8 kg weight and dimensions of 365 x 152 x 275 mm. Innovative IGBT transistors save space and weight compared to old MOSFET technology. No more heavy carrying!
- HF ignition (TIG) - enables non-contact ignition and provides much better welding results. No LIFT ARC, no strike ignition!
- Welding Current / Pulse Current - With the two parameters "Welding Current" and "Pulse Current" you can set two different currents for one welding process, between which the welding current then always alternates.
- Pulse width - The pulse width is used to set how long the welding current assumes the current strength of the pulse current before it swings back to the normal welding current strength.
- Pulse Frequency - Pulse Frequency sets how often the amperage will alternate between the two set values in a set period of time.
- Innovative hose package including modified WP-26 torch with flex head. This allows flexible and easy working.
- Hotstart - Automatic voltage increase at start-up for better ignition results.
- Anti-stick - Automatic shutdown of the welding current when the electrode sticks, allowing easy removal.

- TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) - Shielded arc welding with inert/inactive gases such as Argon 4.6 (99.996 %). An arc is created between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece in an argon bell. This melts the material and any filler material added. A weld seam is produced.
- MMA electrode welding / ARC welding - a universal welding process. An arc causes the electrode to melt, forming the weld. No shielding gas is required.
- Job memory - memory option for self-configured settings / presets. There are 10 memory locations available.
- Plasma / CUT - A current is used to generate a plasma jet that melts the material, which is then removed with compressed air. This allows effortless precise cutting of all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and many more.
- The unit is suitable for welding thin sheets as well as for processing strip steels and flat irons on all types of steel with low, medium or high carbon content as well as on stainless steel, copper, nickel, Cr-Mo and alloyed steel metals.
- The plasma cutter delivers a powerful 40 amps and features precise contact ignition for superior ignition performance.
- Depending on the material, the cutting capacity is up to 12 mm (mild steel ST37 up to 12 mm, V2A or V4A up to 7 mm, aluminum up to 4 mm).
Note: Not suitable for aluminum - an AC/DC device is required for this.
Note: The device is not intended for use in residential areas where power is supplied by a public low-voltage supply system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic compatibility in these areas due to both conducted and radiated interference.
