Shipping information
We work with the logistics companies DHL, GLS and Dachser to ship our products. After receipt of the invoice amount (with the exception of purchase on account with PayPal or Klarna or payment by instalments with Klarna), your order will be processed by us immediately. Skilled logistics experts ensure that your goods are dispatched quickly. Great care is taken with punctuality, packaging and transport safety so that you can receive your goods promptly.

Express delivery
If your order and payment are received by 14:00, we guarantee dispatch on the same day!

Note
Please understand that in case of loss of the goods, no claims for compensation can be made for shipments with delivery authorisation to DHL or GLS.

Shipping costs
The detailed shipping costs will be calculated and displayed as soon as you have placed the goods in the shopping basket and entered the delivery address.

Note for our United Kingdom customers:
Please note that import duties and United Kingdom Import VAT apply to goods valued at £135 or more. Customs will only release the delivery once the customs duties have been paid.
Therefore, please note the delivery status by checking the tracking number.

Delivery times
You will find the respective delivery times in the product descriptions. These may vary and depend on availability and delivery region. In this context, please also pay attention to possible pre-sales - in this case, the delivery times will be adjusted accordingly.

Orders for machines and full equipment
Please note that for larger orders and especially for orders of full equipment, the shipment may be made in several deliveries. In this case, it may happen that partial deliveries sent at the same time arrive with a time delay.

Partial deliveries
If you have only received part of a delivery, please first check the confirmation of dispatch that you have received from us by e-mail. If a partial delivery was made, the shipping confirmation will contain two tracking numbers. As a rule, the second shipment will arrive one day later. If this is not the case, please contact us.

Restrictions
Shipping to islands is generally only possible on request. Please contact our customer service before ordering.

Deliveries to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the services of MeinEinkauf.ch or EuroGoods.ch. For complete information, please visit www.meineinkauf.ch or www.eurogoods.ch . All customs formalities up to delivery to your home will be taken care of by MeinEinkauf.ch or EuroGoods.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, cheaply and ready for customs clearance.

If you decide to have your goods delivered directly by STAHLWERK, only the actual shipping costs will be charged in the shopping basket. Depending on the value of the goods, delivery region, etc., customs duties and import turnover tax in accordance with DAP franking may also be incurred. These charges will be invoiced directly by our shipping partners (GLS, DHL, Dachser) upon delivery.
