The STAHLWERK AK25/MB25 MIG MAG welding torch for aluminum has a 3-meter-long hosepack with Euro central connection. The aluminum hosepack is already equipped with a carbon core and is gas-cooled. In order to use steel wire, the torch is supplied with a steel core for conversion. The materials selected for the design of the torch head and nozzles are specially designed for welding aluminum. In conjunction with the ergonomic welding torch, the hose package allows flexible and efficient work. The AK25/MB25 MIG MAG welding torch sits comfortably in the hand and enables fatigue-free welding of aluminum over a longer period of time. The carbon core built into the hosepack ensures a long service life and smooth wire feed thanks to its optimum sliding properties. Alternatively, a steel core is included with the torch. This can be inserted in place of the carbon core. The torch is then converted for use with steel wire.

The AK25/MB25 MIG MAG welding torch fits comfortably in the hand and enables low-fatigue welding of aluminum over a long period of time.
The welding torch is specially designed for welding aluminum due to the materials used in its manufacture.
The carbon core installed in the hose package ensures long service life and smooth wire feed thanks to optimum gliding properties.
Alternatively, a steel core is supplied with the torch. This can be inserted in place of the carbon core. The torch is then converted for the use of steel wire.
The hose package attached to the AK25/MB25 aluminum welding torch is 3 meters long and gas-cooled. The gas cooling function protects the hose package from overheating and ensures safe working.
The hose package is terminated with a Euro central connector to the gas supply.
This aluminum hose package with AK25/MB25 torch fits, among others, the MIG 200 Doppelpuls ST, the MIG 200 Doppelpuls, the MIG 160 & 200 Puls Pro as well as other shielding gas welders from STAHLWERK.

Note: Please note that the Carbon Sole has been designed exclusively for processing aluminum and stainless steel. For welding steel please always use a steel core to avoid damage!
