- STAHLWERK 3D welding table/assembly table as a DIY kit with 6 mm worktop made of heavy-duty carbon steel for high stability and load-bearing capacity.
- The robust surface is particularly resistant to knocks and scratches. Height-adjustable, highly polished stainless steel feet and powder-coated table legs ensure a secure stand and comfortable working.
- The 3D assembly table achieves its particular stability thanks to a high dead weight of more than 100 kg and a worktop reinforced with sturdy struts.
- Thanks to the practical 3D design, clamping elements and fixing aids can be attached not only to the worktop but also to the sides of the table, enabling both horizontal and vertical working.
- With a load capacity of up to 1,000 kg, the 3D welding table is designed for professional use in industry, trade and DIY.
- Thanks to the prefabricated holes with a diameter of 16 mm, clamping elements and fixing aids can be easily attached. This makes it easier to set up and align the workpieces required for welding and eliminates the need for additional tools such as brackets.
- The scope of delivery includes a wide range of accessories, including screw and fixing clamps as well as four clamping and centering bolts.
Note on assembly: The assembly table is supplied in individual parts as a DIY kit and must be welded together before use. Please note that the individual components only acquire their correct shape and stability through the welding process (assembly).
Note on use: The surface of the welding table is painted so that the ground clamp must be attached directly to the workpiece. This results in an optimized circuit and improves the welding process.
Note on delivery: The welding table is delivered on a pallet by the DACHSER forwarding company. Please state your mobile phone number when ordering. We need this for the carrier to coordinate the delivery date by phone or SMS! Please note that additional costs will be incurred if you fail to meet the delivery date agreed with the carrier through your own fault. The carrier will charge 70 euros for each additional delivery attempt.
