The STAHLWERK BOOSTER AIR automatic welding helmet is a first-class welding helmet with an integrated respiratory protection system and a P3 particle filter in accordance with filter protection class TH3 P R SL. The PAPR system in combination with the 3-in-1 safety helmet ensures maximum safety and comfort when welding. Intelligent air filtration with integrated control module ensures a stable and consistent air supply in three stages: 170L/min, 200L/min, 230L/min. The fresh air unit's 14.8 volt Li-ion battery can be conveniently charged using the power supply unit supplied. There is no need to change the battery. The operating time is up to ten hours, depending on the air flow rate. Thanks to the visor seal, neck protection, face cuff and flame-resistant chin guard, the helmet remains tight, safe and comfortable to wear.The automatic welding helmet with optical class 1/1/1/2 is suitable for professional welding, plasma cutting, grinding and cutting. It offers reliable protection for the eyes and face against flashes, heat, sparks and particles. The true color filter cassette ensures optimum, sharp vision and excellent true color reproduction. Four independent sensors ensure automatic dimming as soon as the arc ignites. The settings (WELD / CUT / GRIND / DARK MODE) can be conveniently adjusted with one hand using a push button without having to remove the helmet. The darkening levels can be set from DIN 4 to DIN 13 depending on the mode and can be finely adjusted using the SHADE function. A job memory saves the set parameters. A special TACK mode is integrated for short welding cycles. In addition, light sensitivity and delay can be individually adjusted via the monochrome LCD filter cassette. Locking protection prevents unintentional adjustment in forced positions. The ergonomic premium headband offers high wearing comfort, even during long work cycles. The combination of automatic field of vision darkening, color fastness and intelligent air filtration enables safe, controlled work and makes this welding helmet system the ideal choice for professional welders and demanding craftsmen.

Functions

The desired parameters (WELD / CUT / GRIND / DARK MODE) can be conveniently selected with just one hand using the push button, without having to take off the welding helmet.
The various darkening levels can be set from DIN 4 to DIN 13 depending on the mode by turning the push button. Precise fine-tuning can be carried out using the SHADE function of the filter cassette.
