FLUX welding machines
STAHLWERK offers a wide range of high-performance FLUX welding machines. A 7-year warranty is testament to the great care taken in developing the inverters. Flux-cored wire welding is based on a similar process to MIG/MAG welding, with the difference that no shielding gas is required. Compared to shielded gas welding machines, the FLUX welding machine is therefore significantly cheaper to maintain. Equipped with state-of-the-art IGBT technology of the latest generation, the flux-cored wire welding machines impress with their high efficiency and reduced power consumption. Thanks to optimised performance parameters, the versatile FLUX welding machines can be used for almost all requirements. Intuitive operation allows quick adjustment of the desired welding parameters for welding without shielding gas. Numerous useful features such as synergic wire feed, smart cooling and overheating protection are included in the various equipment variants of the welding machines.
