The universally applicable FLUX welding unit works with an output of up to 120 amps. The welding inverter is suitable for FLUX flux-cored wire welding without shielding gas as well as for lift TIG and MMA/ARC applications. Thanks to a high output of 120 amps, the compact flux-cored wire welding machine achieves first-class welding results even in adverse weather conditions. The welding parameters are easy to read on the clear digital display. The various welding processes and modes can be set quickly thanks to the intuitive menu. The latest generation of modern IGBT technology ensures excellent welding properties at high welding speeds. Flux-cored wire welding is based on a similar process to MIG/MAG welding, with the difference that no shielding gas needs to be added. The FLUX welding machine is therefore significantly cheaper to maintain than gas-shielded welding machines. In addition to smart cooling with integrated overheating protection, the welding machine has a synergic wire feed. The wire feed speed is automatically regulated by the set welding current. A special highlight is the integrated LED light for illuminating the wire guide in the housing. The light switches on automatically when the protective flap is opened. This makes it easier to change the wire reel even in poor visibility conditions. In combination with the optionally available STAHLWERK WP-17V welding torch, the versatile inverter can be converted into a TIG welding machine with lift TIG function. Thanks to its compact dimensions, low weight and no need for shielding gas, this versatile welding machine is particularly suitable for mobile use on construction sites, during assembly or in the DIY sector.
