STAHLWERK Welding Separation Spray is a silicone-free, non-flammable welding safety spray. It provides reliable protection against the burning of welding spatter on the welding table, welding tools, torches and workpieces. The welding spray provides a stable release effect due to a fine emulsion film. Thus, the weld release spray ensures safe, clean work in container, steel, automotive, tool and commercial vehicle construction, among others. For optimum results, we recommend spraying the weld release spray at a distance of 20 - 30 cm from the surface, workpiece or tool.

Functions

The weld release spray is the ideal aid for electrode, spot and shielded metal arc welding.
The release spray prevents metal spatter from burning and enables clean work.
In addition, the release spray protects gas and current nozzles from stubborn contamination and ensures, for example, seamless wire feed.
The weld release spray is also suitable for automatic machines with permanent spray device.
Industrial quality - manufactured in Germany.
