The STAHLWERK FlexArm welding clamping device with D22 base is used to position and hold workpieces during welding, assembly, and machining operations. It is designed for mounting on suitable workbenches or welding tables with a 22 mm hole pattern and a hole spacing of 100 mm. The reach from the center axis ranges from 203 to 635 mm. The maximum workpiece diameter is 90 mm, and the maximum jaw opening is 91 mm. The clamping angle and position of the clamping jaws can be adjusted to fit the workpiece. The load capacity is 8 kg without support or 13.6 kg with partial support. The spring tension can be adjusted to the weight of the workpiece. If necessary, the swivel locks can be tightened to increase stability. The height of the clamping jaw is maintained by the spring tension and cannot be locked in place by a form-fit mechanism. The STAHLWERK FlexArm D22 welding clamping device positions and holds workpieces reliably, just like a third hand. This makes it a practical tool for welding in industry, trade, commerce, and DIY projects.
