Functions
- Spot Welding Function – Particularly suitable for thin automotive body parts. This ensures that tack welds are precisely reproducible and uniform.
- MIG Pulse – The pulse function keeps heat input low and enables welding of aluminum. In the aluminum-silicon program, CuSi brazing is also easily achievable.
- MIG MAG – Metal-inert gas welding with direct current (DC). Welding can be performed using inactive/inert gases (MIG, e.g., argon) or active gases (MAG, e.g., CO₂). The gas and welding wire are fed from a single torch head, allowing welding operations to be performed with just one hand.
- Flux-Cored Wire – All machines can use flux-cored wire. This allows for welding without shielding gas.
- MMA Electrode Welding / MMA Welding – A universal welding process. No shielding gas is required.
- Lift TIG – With a separately available hose kit (not included), the unit can also be used for DC TIG welding (strike ignition).
- Various welding parameters are adjustable – The welder is suitable for precise welding of thin sheet metal, as well as sheet metal and stainless steel. Thanks to its pulse function, the welder is also suitable for aluminum.
- Fully synergic welding machine – The voltage (volts) and wire feed rate always adjust automatically based on the set welding current. This makes the machine very easy to use, especially for beginners.
Features & Benefits
- IGBT Technology – The latest and most advanced transistor technology enables maximum power and a high duty cycle (ED)! No transformer, no MOSFET—just state-of-the-art IGBT!
- Preflow / Gas Preflow – Thanks to the gas preflow, the shielding gas flow begins before the arc is struck. This prevents the workpiece from coming into contact with air at the start of welding. As a result, the weld bead is protected from oxidation. The gas pre-flow time can be individually adjusted depending on the welding requirements.
- Lightweight & compact design – weighs only 10.6 kg with dimensions of 460 x 210 x 350 mm. Innovative IGBT transistors save space and weight compared to older MOSFET technology. No more heavy lifting!
- Maximum efficiency & power—single-phase alternating current (230 V) powers the welder and delivers a true output of 200 amps.
- Smart cooling & overheating protection—State-of-the-art technology, built-in overheating protection, and high-performance cooling enable the machine to deliver maximum performance.
- 4-Roller Drive – Reliable and powerful wire feed. Thanks to 4 drive rollers, even thicker wires are fed continuously and reliably.
- Digital Display – The set welding parameters can be easily read on a clear digital display. The various modes can be quickly adjusted via the intuitive menu.
- LED Lighting – As a special highlight, the welder features a built-in LED light to illuminate the wire guide, enabling quick wire spool changes even in low-light conditions. This light turns on automatically when the protective flap is opened.

- Wire spool - Standard wire spools ranging from 0.5 to 5 kg can be used. The universal spool mandrel can accommodate both 16-mm and 50-mm spools.
- Wire Drive Rollers - By simply swapping out the 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm drive rollers, different wire gauges can be used. Switching to the 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm drive rollers with a “U” profile also allows for the use of aluminum wire.
- ST-Guard Housing – Ergonomic, robust, and reliable. The control panel is easily accessible and intuitive to use.
- VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) – The VRD function reduces the welder’s output voltage to a safe level to protect the operator if they come into contact with the electrode while the welder is not in use.
Note: This device is not intended for use in residential areas where power is supplied via a public low-voltage power system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic compatibility in these areas due to both conducted and radiated interference.
