Functions
- The robust vibrating bottle impresses with its high performance, precise workmanship and durability. It is used in conjunction with a suitable concrete vibrator or concrete compactor to professionally compact fresh concrete and reliably remove voids, cavities and trapped air bubbles.
- With a total length of 4 meters and a connection diameter of 45 mm, it is ideal for use on foundations, floor slabs, lintels, pillars, walls and formwork.
- The efficient compaction process gives the concrete a homogeneous structure, increased strength and improved frost resistance - the decisive factors for durable and professional construction work.
- For compaction, the vibrator bottle attached to the concrete vibrator is inserted into the still liquid concrete. An internal, flexible steel shaft transmits the rotary motion of the drive to the bottle and generates powerful vibrations. These vibrations compact the concrete evenly and transport trapped air upwards, creating a dense, stable concrete mass.
- The high-quality, hardened steel cylinder ensures a long service life and is resistant to impact and wear. The flexible connection hose is oil-resistant and protected by a robust plastic coating, which also ensures durability and reliable operation even under demanding construction site conditions.
