Functions
- AC/DC TIG welding -AC (alternating current) and DC (direct current). Welding of almost all metals, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and many more.
- 2 in 1 combination unit - TIG & MMA welding is possible up to 200 A.
- Extensive pulse function - TIG PULS - prevents materials from burning through and reduces deformation due to heat, especially suitable for welding thin plates whose material may be heated only slightly. Adjustable parameters are: Pulse current, pulse width, pulse frequency, long and short pulse.
- IGBT technology - Newest and most advanced transistors technology enables full power during welding! No transformer, no MOSFET, state of the art IGBT!
- Lightweight & compact design - only 13.15 kg weight and dimensions of 455 x 220 x 370 mm. Innovative IGBT transistors save space and weight compared to old MOSFET technology. No more heavy carrying!
- HF ignition - enables non-contact ignition and provides much better welding results. No LIFT ARC, no strike ignition!
- Highest Efficiency & Power - Single phase AC power (230V) powers the unit and allows output power of true 200 amps.
- Smart Cooling & Overheat Protection - state of the art technology, built-in overheat protection and high performance cooling allow maximum power to be retrieved.
Features & benefits
- Job memory - memory option for self-configured settings / presets. There are 8 memory locations available.
- 2T/4T (TIG) - determines control of the operating mode and provides advanced control over the current flow. In 2T mode, high frequency (HF) ignition remains active until the button on the torch is released. In 4T mode, pressing and releasing the button once ignites the arc. After pressing and releasing again, the ignition is terminated. Some functions such as current decrease are only possible in 4T.
- Current increase/decrease - prevents the formation of shrink marks (end craters) at the end of the weld.
- Gas advance/retard (TIG) - protects the tungsten electrode from excessive wear and protects the weld seam from oxidation. The parameters can be set individually and separately. They specify how long gas should flow before and after ignition.
- AC balance - is a variable setting between breaking the oxide layer (-) and deeper penetration (+). This helps to affect properties of different materials and alloys.
- AC Frequency - The penetration and weld width is controlled by AC frequencies between 50 and 80 Hertz.
- Welding current / Pulse current - Through the two parameters "Welding current" and "Pulse current" it is possible to set two different current strengths for a welding process, between which the welding current then always alternates.
- Pulse width - The pulse width is used to set how long the welding current assumes the current intensity of the pulse current before it swings back to the normal welding current intensity.
- Pulse frequency - The pulse frequency determines how often the welding current changes back and forth between the two set values in a defined period of time.
- Spot welding | Spot function - The arc extinguishes automatically after the previously set time (0.1-10 seconds).
- Arc width - The spread of the arc can be controlled in AC mode.
- Hotstart / Hot Striking - Voltage increase at start for better ignition results.
- Anti-stick - Automatic shutdown of the welding current when the electrode sticks for easy removal.
- TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) - Gas-shielded welding with inert/inert gases such as argon 4.6 (99.996%). An arc is created between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece in an argon bell jar. This melts the material and any filler material added. A weld seam is created.
- MMA electrode welding / ARC welding - a universal welding process. An electric arc melts the electrode to form the weld seam. No shielding gas is required.
- Plasma / CUT - A plasma jet is generated using electricity, which melts the material, which is then removed using compressed air. This allows all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and many more to be cut precisely and effortlessly.
- The device is suitable for welding thin sheets and for processing strip steel and flat iron on all types of steel with low, medium or high carbon content as well as stainless steel, copper, nickel, Cr-Mo and alloyed steel metals.
- The plasma cutter delivers a powerful 50 amps and has a precise contact ignition for first-class ignition behavior.
- Depending on the material, the cutting capacity is up to 14 mm (mild steel ST37 up to 14 mm, V2A or V4A up to 8 mm, aluminum up to 5 mm).
Note: The device is not intended for use in residential areas where power is supplied via a public low-voltage supply system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic compatibility in these areas due to both conducted and radiated interference.
