The machines in detail
Three systems, three tasks. Choose a machine.
Laser welding machine
WCD 1500 Laser Pro – Precise seams, low distortion.
The WCD 1500 Laser Pro delivers 1,500 W output power to the workpiece and uses modern fibre laser technology. The concentrated energy input produces narrow, precise weld seams with low thermal deformation. Alongside welding, it also covers cutting and rust removal – one system for three tasks.

Laser welding machine
WCD 2000 Laser Pro – More power, more reserve.
With 2,000 W output power, the WCD 2000 Laser Pro is the more powerful version in the series. The additional reserve pays off whenever greater material thicknesses, longer seams or a higher working speed are required – with identical fibre laser technology and the same precision.

Laser cleaning machine
LC-800 – rust gone. Without chemicals.
The LC-800 removes rust, oxide layers and residues from metal surfaces – contact-free, precisely and entirely without blasting media or chemicals. With a cleaning width of 30 to 40 mm per pass, it is the right choice whenever surfaces need to be prepared quickly and cleanly.

Important information on working safely with laser equipment
The WCD laser welding machines work with class 4 lasers. Wearing laser safety goggles is mandatory during welding – also underneath the welding helmet, since the helmet only protects against stray light and thermal effects. In addition, we recommend safety clothing, a protective mask with appropriate respiratory filters and the use of laser safety barriers.
Before commissioning, users should make sure that all required protective measures have been implemented. In Germany, companies operating laser equipment of class 3R, 3B or 4 must appoint a laser safety officer in accordance with the German regulations § 5 OStrV and DGUV 303-005. After purchase, our service team will be happy to advise you in full on all the necessary measures.
