Features
- 3-in-1 Laser Processing: Hand-guided laser welding system with a rated power of 2,000 W for welding metallic materials, cutting thin-walled metals, and cleaning weld seams.
- CW fiber laser with continuous and modulated operation: The output power can be continuously adjusted and modulated over time to adapt the energy input to different processing tasks.
- Oscillating SUP31T laser welding torch: The focused laser beam is moved under the control of digitally regulated servo drives, allowing the seam width, heat input, and energy distribution to be adjusted in a reproducible manner.
- Laser welding: Adjustable scan speed, scan width up to 8 mm, welding power, pulse width, pulse frequency, and wire feed speed, as well as spot welding mode, allow for adaptation to the workpiece material, material thickness, and seam geometry.
- Cutting function: For thin-walled metallic materials using a copper cutting nozzle, 0 mm scan width, and oil- and water-free compressed air at approximately 6 bar.
- Laser cleaning mode: Suitable for cleaning weld seams and surface contaminants with adjustable scan frequency, scan width, cleaning power, pulse width, and pulse frequency.
- Wire Feeder: Separate wire feeder with 4-roller drive, 7-inch touchscreen, continuous or pulsed wire feed operation, and adjustable speed from 15 to 600 cm/min.
- Job memory: Three freely assignable process memory slots can be selected directly via the quick-access button on the welding torch. This allows for quick switching between frequently used parameter combinations for the desired application.
Features & Benefits
- Precise Process Control: The oscillating laser beam distributes energy evenly across the joint area and enables clean, controlled welds with a customized seam width.
- High Beam Quality: Fiber laser technology provides stable, reproducible beam guidance and operates with low maintenance, requiring no regular resonator adjustments.
- Soft Start and Soft Stop: Configurable power ramps reduce thermal stress when turning the laser power on and off.
- Intuitive operation: Touchscreen for displaying operating states, parameters, and error messages, as well as for setting process and operating parameters.
- Safety concept for Laser Class 4: Laser enable switch, emergency stop, safety foot pedal, safety-monitored workpiece contact, and interface for door monitoring and external warning lights.
- No Automatic Restart: Following a safety-related shutdown, power restoration, or system reset, automatic restart of the laser emission is prevented.
- Active hybrid cooling: Water- and refrigerant-based cooling system with coolant monitoring for temperature control of the laser energy source and cooling of the welding torch.
- Professional wire feed: Motorized roller drive with touchscreen control, pulse mode, and adjustable parameters such as start delay, retraction length, feed length, and manual feed.
SERVICE NOTE: Please contact our service team after your purchase. Our service representatives will provide you with product-specific training materials and instruct you on the safe and proper use of the laser welding machine. This training is intended to convey safety-related information for the commissioning and operation of the device. It does not replace the operator’s obligation to comply with applicable legal regulations, official requirements, and the operating instructions, and to ensure that the device is used exclusively by appropriately trained and qualified personnel. In addition, we recommend the training course for laser safety officers in accordance with § 5 OStrV and DGUV 303-005 offered by TÜV Rheinland.
