Functions
- With an electrical conductivity of < 25 uS/cm, a pH value of 8 and cold protection down to -15°C, STAHLWERK SWCL coolant is ideal for water-cooled hosepacks for welding equipment and plasma cutters. The coolant is particularly suitable for laser welding equipment.
- SWCL cold protection is also used in welding and cutting robots as well as in induction, laser and flame cutting systems.
- The water cooling enables efficient water circulation and reliable heat dissipation from hosepacks, welding torches and plasma torches. The high-performance coolant ensures stable temperature conditions and longer work cycles during welding and cutting.
- The high-quality corrosion inhibitors provide long-lasting protection for the cooling system and are also biodegradable according to OECD criteria.
- This protects the water cooling system, hosepacks, welding and plasma torches and ensures a longer service life.
- The coolant is already ready to use and does not need to be diluted or mixed further. It should therefore not be mixed with other coolants or fluids.
- SWCK cooling water is not harmful to health, corrosive or flammable, so it is not considered a hazardous material and complies with all transportation regulations worldwide.
- The cooling water for welding equipment and plasma cutters is particularly suitable for professional use in industry, trade and DIY.
