- IGBT technology - Equipped with the latest generation of state-of-the-art IGBT technology, this high-quality welding machine impresses with maximum performance and efficiency as well as a high duty cycle (ED).
Features & Benefits
- Job Memory - This industrial welding machine features memory options for user-configured settings and presets. The system can store and recall 100 parameter sets for the welding process, significantly improving the reproducibility and ease of use of the welding process.
- Preflow / Gas Preflow – Thanks to the gas preflow, the shielding gas flow begins before the arc is struck. This prevents the workpiece from coming into contact with air at the start of welding, thereby protecting the weld bead from oxidation. The pre-flow time can be individually adjusted depending on the welding requirements.
- MIG MAG – Metal inert gas welding with direct current (DC). Welding can be performed using inactive/inert gases (MIG, e.g., argon) or active gases (MAG, e.g., CO₂). The gas and welding wire are fed from a single torch head, allowing welding operations to be performed with just one hand.
- Inductance—The ability to individually adjust the inductance helps prevent excessive spatter formation.
- Stabilization System – Digital control of the welding process ensures consistently high-quality results. Thanks to automatic stabilization, the welding system reacts immediately to changes in the supply voltage and is therefore also suitable for power grids where voltage drops may occur.
- Fully Synergic Unit—The voltage (volts) and wire feed rate automatically adjust to match the set welding current. This makes the inverter particularly easy to operate.
- The use of a wire feeder with a high-precision encoder motor featuring four-wheel drive and a fully digital wire feed control system ensures smooth and stable wire feed.
- 4-roller drive—reliable and powerful wire feed. Thanks to 4 drive rollers, even thicker wires are fed continuously and reliably.
- Automatic voltage control (volts)—the voltage automatically adjusts to the set welding current.
- Wire spool – Standard 5 kg and 15 kg wire spools can be used. The universal spool mandrel accommodates 50 mm spools. Optionally, 200 mm spools can also be used with an adapter.
- Wire feed rollers—by simply changing the feed rollers, various wire diameters from 0.8 to 1.6 mm can be used. Switching to feed rollers with a “U” profile also allows for the use of aluminum wire.
- Smart Cooling & Overheating Protection—Integrated overheating protection and high-performance cooling enable the machine to deliver maximum performance.
