- Numerous welding parameters - In addition to steel and stainless steel, the versatile industrial welding machine is particularly suitable for aluminum, copper and nickel-based alloys as well as thin sheet metal.
- Combination unit - Powerful MIG MAG welding unit with 350 amps and spot function including pulse / double pulse / high-speed pulse.
- The industrial device can optionally be equipped with both an analog and a digital interface, making it compatible with FANUC / ABB / KUKA / Yaskawa welding robots and other welding robot systems.

Features & benefits
- Job memory - The industrial welding machine has memory options for self-configured settings / presets. The system can store and recall 100 parameter sets for the welding process, which significantly improves the reproducibility and operability of the welding process.
- Preflow / gas preflow - Thanks to the gas preflow, the shielding gas flow starts before the arc is ignited. This prevents the workpiece from coming into contact with air at the start of welding. This protects the weld seam from oxidation. The gas lead time can be set individually depending on the welding requirements.
- MIG MAG - gas metal arc welding with direct current (DC). Welding can be carried out with inactive / inert (MIG, e.g. argon) or active (MAG, e.g. CO²) gases. Gas and welding wire come from one torch head and enable welding work to be carried out with just one hand.
- Inductivity - The individual adjustment of the inductivity makes it possible to avoid the increased formation of welding spatter.
- Stabilization system - The digital control of the welding process ensures consistently high-quality work results. Thanks to automatic stabilization, the welding system reacts immediately to changes in the supply voltage and is therefore also suitable for networks in which voltage drops can occur.
- Fully synergic device - the voltage (volts) and wire feed are automatically adjusted to the set welding current. This makes the inverter particularly easy to operate.
- The use of a wire feed unit with a high-precision encoder motor with four-wheel drive and a fully digital wire feed control system ensure a smooth and stable feed.
- 4 roller drive - reliable and powerful wire feed. Thanks to 4 drive rollers, even thicker wires are fed continuously and safely.
- Automatic voltage regulation (volts) - the voltage automatically adjusts to the set welding current.
- Wire spool - commercially available 5 kg and 15 kg wire spools can be processed. The universal spool mandrel can take 50 mm spools. Optionally, 200 mm spools can also be processed with an adapter.
- Wire drive rolls - by simply changing the drive rolls, different wire thicknesses from 0.8 to 1.6 mm can be used. By changing to drive rollers with a 'U' profile, aluminum wire can also be used.
- Smart cooling & overheating protection - State-of-the-art technology, integrated overheating protection and high-performance cooling enable maximum performance to be achieved.
- Thanks to its compact dimensions and low weight, the flexible welding machine is particularly suitable for mobile use in industry, on construction sites and in assembly.

Note: The device is not intended for use in residential areas where the power supply is provided by a public low-voltage power supply system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic compatibility in these areas due to both conducted and radiated interference.
Note: Please note that the carbon core was designed exclusively for processing aluminum and stainless steel. When welding steel, please always use a steel core to avoid damage!
