The powerful STAHLWERK CUT 160 Pilot IGBT plasma cutter with 2T/4T mode and high-performance water cooling delivers a powerful 160 amps and has a precise high-frequency (HF) pilot ignition for first-class ignition behavior. Depending on the material, the cutting capacity is up to 52 mm (mild steel S235 up to 52 mm, V2A or V4A up to 48 mm, aluminum up to 42 mm). The plasma cutter is suitable for all common conductive metals as well as painted sheet metal and rust film. The cutting current can be infinitely adjusted from 20 to 160 amps. The compact device has smart cooling and overheating protection and is easy to transport at just 38.3 kg. Device functions & components

The plasma cutter is delivered on a pallet by the DACHSER forwarding company. Please state your mobile phone number when ordering. We need this for the carrier to coordinate the delivery date by phone or SMS!
Please note that additional costs will be incurred if you fail to meet the delivery date agreed with the carrier through your own fault. The shipping company charges 70 euros for each additional delivery attempt.
Plasma / CUT - A plasma jet is generated by means of electricity, which melts the material, which is then removed with compressed air. This allows all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and many more to be cut precisely and effortlessly.
Cutting thickness - Depending on the material, cuts of up to 52 mm are possible. Structural steel S235 up to 52 mm, V2A or V4A up to 48 mm, aluminum up to 42 mm.
Pilot ignition - High-frequency (HF) pilot ignition for first-class ignition behavior. No contact with the workpiece necessary! The pilot flame establishes the arc. This torch can be operated with a spacer included in the scope of delivery.
Cutting current - Stepless adjustment from 20 to 160 A.
Air afterflow - Air flows after the cutting process is completed to cool the torch and reduce wear on the nozzle and electrode.
2T/4T - determines the control of the operating mode and offers extended control over the current flow. In 2T mode, high-frequency ignition (HF) remains active until the button on the torch is released. In 4T mode, the arc is ignited after pressing and releasing the button once. After pressing and releasing the button again, ignition is terminated.
