The STAHLWERK WP-26 TIG welding torch is ergonomically designed and its special shape enables fatigue-free working over longer periods of time. The scope of delivery includes a 5 meter long, gas-cooled hose package. The torch head is flexibly designed and adapts optimally to different welding positions. The torch is attached to the hose with a ball joint. This allows for maximum flexibility during TIG welding. The connection for the gas supply is made via a union nut with connection thread (M16x1.5). The switching contact for the ignition is established via a 2-pin connector plug.Our latest generation of hose assemblies has a built-in ground connection in the gas hose. This eliminates the need for an additional connector plug and makes the hose more robust. It is possible to use tungsten electrodes with diameters from 1.0 to 3.2 mm. The gas flow rate can be up to 20 l/min. The flex head achieves full flexibility by heating up while working. We therefore recommend bending the head only after a few minutes of welding.

During welding and plasma cutting, extreme heat is generated and sparks fly. Conventional rubber protection offers only limited protection for the hose assembly in use. Mechanical and thermal stresses can damage the rubber cover.

The leather hose is NOT to be pulled over the existing rubber hose, but it supplements the entire length of the rubber hose. Only then it does offer the highest possible protection and comfort during work. Available in 3,5 m and 5 m length.

Provides protection from external influences such as dirt & sparks. By replacing the conventional rubber cover, the hose package becomes more flexible and facilitates welding. Flame retardant cow split leather reliably protects the cables and increases the service life of the hose package.
