The STAHLWERK concrete compactor with 900 watts of power and vibrating bottle is a highly effective system for perfect results when pouring concrete, shuttering and slabs. The bottle vibrator uses vibrations to bring the air trapped in the concrete pour to the surface. The compacted surface and the modified texture make the concrete firm and frost-resistant. The practical carrying and working handle in conjunction with the 900 watt motor in a metal gear housing enables efficient work when compacting freshly poured concrete or cement. The internal vibrator has an on/off switch with locking mechanism for easy and comfortable working in long work cycles. The motor operates at a maximum of 4,000 rpm and keeps the vibration constant while working. The STAHLWERK vibratory plate impresses with its high performance, precise workmanship and durability. With an overall length of 2 meters and a bottle diameter of 35 mm, it is ideal for use on foundations, floor slabs, lintels, pillars, walls, ceilings and formwork. During operation, the vibrating bottle is inserted into the still liquid concrete. An internal, flexible steel shaft transmits the rotary motion of the drive to the bottle and generates powerful vibrations. These vibrations compact the concrete evenly and transport trapped air upwards. The high-quality, hardened steel cylinder is impact and wear-resistant and guarantees a long service life. The flexible connecting hose is oil-resistant and protected by a robust plastic coating.
