The STAHLWERK digital torque wrench operates in a range of 3 to 200 Nm and is ideal for controlled tightening of screws and nuts to a preset torque. The 510 mm-long tool features a 1/2" drive. The ratchet mechanism, with its extremely fine 72-tooth design, ensures a small back-swing angle when loosening and tightening screws. In Track mode, the current torque is displayed in real time and resets to 0 after the load is released. Peak mode records the torque value reached and signals when the preset maximum value is approaching with both an audible and visual alert: At 80%, an audible signal sounds; at 90%, the signal frequency increases and the yellow LED turns on; and at 100%, a continuous tone is emitted and the red LED is activated. The LED display shows the current reading, the set torque value, the measurement mode, the unit of measurement, and the battery status. You can choose from five units of measurement: N·m, lb·ft, lb·in, kg·cm, and kg·m. Nine frequently used torque values can be saved as presets. Additionally, 500 torque data sets can be saved, retrieved, and deleted individually or in their entirety. The device also features an intuitive quick-adjustment function for rapidly setting the desired torque value. An LED light improves visibility in the immediate work area. When not in use, the torque wrench automatically turns off after 120 seconds of inactivity. The torque wrench comes with two AA batteries and a calibration certificate in a carrying case with a viewing window.
