The STAHLWERK set combines a welding and assembly table with a D16 hole pattern and the FlexArm D16 Base welding clamping device. The table features a 3 mm-thick carbon steel worktop, a load capacity of 500 kg, and pre-drilled holes with a diameter of 16 mm and a hole spacing of 50 mm. Leveling stainless steel feet and powder-coated table legs ensure safe and comfortable working conditions. The robust work surface is particularly resistant to impacts and scratches. The welding table is suitable for all welding processes and for professional use in industry, trade, and DIY. The FlexArm welding clamping device is used to position and hold workpieces during welding, assembly, and machining operations. It is designed for welding tables and workbenches with a 16 mm hole pattern and 50 mm hole spacing. The adjustable reach is 203–635 mm. The clamping device can support 8 kg without support or 13.6 kg with partial support.

Features

The welding and assembly table has a load capacity of 500 kg and a 3-mm-thick worktop made of heavy-duty carbon steel.
The robust surface is particularly resistant to impacts and scratches.
Pre-drilled holes with a diameter of 16 mm and a 50 mm hole spacing are used for attaching clamping elements and positioning aids.
Leveling, high-gloss polished stainless steel feet and powder-coated table legs ensure safe and comfortable work.
The DIY kit can be assembled in 10 minutes. The worktop is secured to the base frame with four countersunk screws.
The FlexArm welding clamping device positions and holds workpieces during welding, assembly, and machining tasks, acting like a third hand.
The clamping angle and position of the clamping jaws can be adjusted to fit the workpiece.
The reach from the center axis is 203–635 mm. Workpieces with a maximum diameter of 90 mm can be held with a maximum jaw opening of 91 mm.
The FlexArm’s load capacity is 8 kg without support and 13.6 kg with partial support.
The spring tension can be adjusted to the workpiece weight. Additionally, the swivel locks can be tightened to increase stability.
The height of the clamping jaw is maintained by the spring tension and cannot be locked in place by a form-fit mechanism.
The welding table is suitable for all welding processes. The set supports work in industry, trades, commerce, and DIY projects.

Note: The surface of the welding table is painted, so the ground clamp must be attached directly to the workpiece. This optimizes the current path and improves the welding process.
