The STAHLWERK Set combines a welding table/assembly table (DIY kit) with the FlexArm D22 Base welding clamping device. The solid, 12-mm-thick worktop is made of heavy-duty S355 steel and features a 22-mm hole pattern with a hole spacing of 100 mm.With a load capacity of up to 1.5 metric tons, a tensile strength of 520 N/mm², and a yield strength of 355 N/mm², the welding table is suitable for professional use. The robust surface is particularly resistant to impacts and scratches. Powder-coated table legs and levelable, high-gloss polished stainless steel feet ensure safe and comfortable working conditions. The FlexArm welding clamping device positions and holds workpieces reliably, like a third hand. With a reach of 203 to 635 mm from the centerline, a maximum jaw opening of 91 mm, and a maximum workpiece diameter of 90 mm, the clamping device can be adapted to various workpieces. The load capacity is 8 kg without support or 13.6 kg with partial support. If necessary, the swivel locks can be tightened to increase stability. The height of the clamping jaw is maintained by spring tension and cannot be locked in place by a form-fit mechanism. This makes the set a practical tool for welding, assembly, and machining tasks in industry, trade, commerce, and DIY projects.
