Functions
- Flux-cored wire welding (FLUX) - welding without shielding gas. Flux-cored wire welding (FLUX) is based on a similar process to MIG MAG welding with the difference that no shielding gas needs to be supplied in this process.
- Synergic wire feed - The wire feed speed is fully automatically controlled by the welding current.
- IGBT Technology - Latest generation transistor technology enables highest power and duty cycle (ED) at full power! No transformer, no MOSFET, state-of-the-art IGBT!
- Lightweight & Compact Design - Innovative IGBT transistors save space and weight compared to old MOSFET technology. No more heavy carrying!
- Highest Efficiency & Power - Single phase AC power (230V) powers the unit and allows output power of true 140 amps.
- Smart Cooling & Overheat Protection - State-of-the-art technology, built-in overheat protection and high performance cooling allow the maximum power to be retrieved.
- Wire coil - Commercially available wire coils from 0.45 kg to 5 kg can be processed here. The spool mandrel can accommodate 16 mm and 50 mm spools.
- Wire drive roller - by simply changing the drive roller from 0.6 mm - 0.8 mm and 0.8 mm - 1.0 mm, different wire sizes of 0.6 mm / 0.8 mm / 0.9 mm / 1.0 mm can be used.
Note: In order not to damage the device, please note the following: The lock of the wire reel is a bayonet lock. When releasing it, it must first be pressed in against the spring and only then turned to the left. After inserting the roll, the lock must be pressed in again and then closed to the right.
Note: The device is not intended for use in residential areas where the power supply is provided by a public low-voltage supply system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic compatibility in these areas due to both conducted and radiated interference.
