Functions
- 5 in 1 combination unit - aluminum welding, MIG MAG, flux cored, lift TIG, MMA & pulse MIG welding is possible up to 200 A.
- Spot welding function. Especially suitable in the automotive field for thin body parts. This makes tack spots precisely reproducible and uniform.
- MIG pulse - the pulse function keeps heat input low and enables welding of aluminum.
- IGBT Technology - Latest and most advanced transistor technology enables highest power and high duty cycle (ED)! No transformer, no MOSFET, most modern IGBT!
- Preflow / Gas Advance. Thanks to the gas preflow, the protective gas flow starts before the arc is ignited. This prevents the workpiece from coming into contact with air at the start of welding. This protects the weld seam from oxidation. The gas lead time can be individually adjusted according to the welding requirements.
- MIG MAG - metal arc welding with direct current (DC). Welding can be done with inactive/inert (MIG, e.g. argon) or with active (MAG, e.g. CO²) gases. Gas and welding wire come from one torch head and allow welding to be performed with only one hand.
Features & Advantages
- Various welding parameters are adjustable. It is suitable for precise welding of thin sheet as well as sheet metal and stainless steel. Due to the pulse function, the MIG MAG-200 Puls Pro Plus is also suitable for aluminum.
- Fully synergic device: About the set welding current automatically adjusts the voltage (volts) and also the wire feed always suitable with. Thus, the device is very easy to use, especially for beginners.
- Light & compact design - only 10.8 kg weight and dimensions of 460 x 210 x 350 mm. Innovative IGBT transistors save space and weight compared to the old MOSFET technology. No more heavy carrying!
- Highest efficiency & power - Single phase AC power (230 V) supplies the welder and allows an output power of real 200 amps.
- Smart Cooling & Overheat Protection - State of the art technology, built-in overheat protection and high performance cooling allow maximum power to be retrieved.
- Flux-Cored Wire - All of our units can use flux-cored wire. This allows welding without shielding gas.
- 4 roller drive - reliable and powerful wire feed. Thanks to 4 drive rollers, even thicker wires are continuously and safely fed.

- Automatic wire feed - the speed of the wire feed is automatically controlled by the set welding current.
- Automatic voltage control (volts) - the voltage automatically adjusts to the set welding current.
- Wire spool - commercially available 1 kg and 5 kg wire spools can be processed. The universal spool mandrel can accommodate both 16 and 50 mm spools.
- Wire drive rolls - by simply changing the drive rolls from 0.6 mm & 0.8 mm, different wire thicknesses can be used. By changing to the 1.0 mm & 1.2 mm drive rolls with 'U' profile, aluminum wire can also be used.
- MMA electrode welding / MMA welding - is a universal welding process. No shielding gas is required.
- Lift TIG - With a separately available (not included) hose package, the unit can also be used to weld DC TIG (strike ignition).
- VRD (Voltage Reduction Device). Manual on/off of the VRD function allows the output voltage of the welding machine to be lowered to a safe level to protect the operator when touching the electrode while not welding.
Note: The unit is not intended for use in residential areas where power is supplied by a public low-voltage power system. It may be difficult, due to both conducted and radiated interference, to ensure electromagnetic compatibility in these areas.
