Second choice STAHLWERK welder MIG MAG 200 Spot Puls Pro, full-synergic IGBT inverter, 5 in 1 combination unit with spot function and 200 Amp, Alu | Flux-cored wire | MIG MAG | ARC MMA | Lift TIG | Pulse

Second choice The STAHLWERK MIG MAG 200 Puls Pro Plus is a fully synergic 5 in 1 IGBT DC welder with real 200 amps. The 5 in 1 combination welder has a spot function and is suitable for flux-cored wire | MIG MAG | ARC MMA | Lift-TIG | Pulse. The spot welding function is particularly suitable in the automotive sector for thin body parts. As a result, tack welds are precisely reproducible and uniform. The pulse function means that only a small amount of heat enters the workpiece, making the shielding gas welder also suitable for welding aluminum. The fully synergic welder automatically adjusts the voltage and wire feed via the preset welding current. The welding unit is built with the latest IGBT technology. This enables highest performance at high duty cycle. The device has a 4-roll drive and can process both 1 kg and 5 kg rolls. Thanks to the adjustable gas advance, the shielding gas flow starts before the arc is ignited. This prevents the workpiece from coming into contact with air at the start of welding. This protects the weld seam from oxidation. The gas lead time can be set individually depending on the welding requirement.
