Second choice The STAHLWERK Mini FLUX 120 ST is a compact flux-cored welder with fully synergic wire feed, which is suitable for welding wires with diameters of 0.6 | 0.8 | 0.9 | 1.0 mm. Designed for use in wind and weather, the Mini FLUX flux-cored welder achieves first-class welding results even in adverse weather conditions thanks to its powerful 120 amps. The reliable inverter ensures excellent welding characteristics at high welding speeds thanks to the latest generation IGBT technology. Flux-cored welding is based on a similar process to MIG MAG welding with the difference that no shielding gas needs to be supplied. Compared to shielding gas welders, the FLUX welder is therefore significantly cheaper to maintain. Due to its compact dimensions, low weight and the fact that it does not require shielding gas, the welding device is therefore particularly suitable for mobile use on construction sites, assembly or DIY.

Features & advantages

Wire spool - Commercially available wire spools from 0.45 kg to 1 kg can be processed here. The spool mandrel can accommodate 16 mm spools.
Wire drive roller - the drive roller can be easily changed to accommodate different wire thicknesses of 0.6 | 0.8 | 0.9 | 1.0 mm.

Note: To avoid damaging the device, please note the following: The lock on the wire reel is a bayonet lock. When releasing it, it must first be pressed against the spring and then turned to the left. After inserting the reel, the lock must be pressed in again and then closed to the right.

Note: The device is not intended for use in residential areas where the power supply is provided by a public low-voltage supply system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic compatibility in these areas due to both conducted and radiated interference.

Note: As soon as the pre-assembled wear parts on the burner are worn, they must be replaced. Please ensure that both the gas nozzle and the nozzle holder are replaced, as they can only be used in this combination. The corresponding wearparts set is available from us.
