Functions
- Plasma / CUT - A plasma jet is generated by means of electricity, which melts the material, which is then removed with compressed air. All conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and many more can be cut precisely and effortlessly.
- Cutting thickness - Depending on the material, cuts of up to 20 mm are possible. Mild steel ST37 up to 20 mm, V2A or V4A up to 8 mm, aluminum up to 5 mm.
- Pilot ignition - High-frequency (HF) pilot ignition for first-class ignition behavior. No contact with the workpiece necessary! The pilot flame establishes the arc. This torch can be operated with a spacer included in the scope of delivery.
- Cutting current - stepless adjustment from 15 to 50 A. A THC interface enables connection to CNC gantry systems and automatic control of the torch distance via the arc voltage - ideal for precise series and contour cuts.
- Post-flow setting - This function allows the air post-flow time to be set individually.
- The digital display shows the applied air pressure and can be switched between PSI, BAR, KPA or kg/cm².
Device features & advantages
- Convenient operation - Clearly structured front panel with digital display, 2T/4T switchover, gas check and post-flow time makes it easy to set all relevant parameters.
- IGBT technology - The latest and most modern transistor technology enables high performance welding! No transformer, no MOSFET, state-of-the-art IGBT!
- Lightweight & compact design - With a weight of only 9.0 kg and dimensions of 440 x 200 x 350 mm, the device is easy to transport and ideal for cutting work anywhere. Innovative IGBT transistors save space and weight compared to the old MOSFET technology.
- Highest efficiency & performance - single-phase alternating current (230 V) supplies the device and allows an output power of real 50 amps.
- Smart cooling and overheating protection - State-of-the-art technology, integrated overheating protection and high-performance cooling enable maximum power to be called up.
