Device functions & components
- Plasma / CUT - A plasma jet is generated by means of electricity, which melts the material, which is then removed with compressed air. This allows all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and many more to be cut precisely and effortlessly.
- Cutting thickness - Depending on the material, cuts of up to 15 mm are possible. Mild steel ST37 up to 15 mm, V2A or V4A up to 8 mm, aluminum up to 5 mm.
- Pilot ignition - High-frequency (HF) pilot ignition for first-class ignition behavior. No contact with the workpiece necessary! The pilot flame establishes the arc. This torch can be operated with a spacer included in the scope of delivery.
- Cutting current - Stepless adjustment from 15 to 45 A.
- Air after-run - After the cutting process is complete, air flows automatically to cool the torch and reduce wear on the nozzle and electrode.
Device features & advantages
- Convenient operation - Clearly structured front panel with digital display makes operation easy.
- IGBT technology - The latest and most modern transistor technology enables high performance welding! No transformer, no MOSFET, state-of-the-art IGBT!
- Lightweight & compact design - With a weight of only 5.0 kg and dimensions of 370 x 145 x 280 mm, the device is easy to transport and ideal for cutting work anywhere. Innovative IGBT transistors save space and weight compared to the old MOSFET technology.
- Highest efficiency & performance - single-phase alternating current (230 V) supplies the device and allows a maximum output power of 45 amps.
- Smart cooling and overheating protection - State-of-the-art technology, integrated overheating protection and high-performance cooling enable maximum power to be called up.
