The air-cooled STAHLWERK plasma torch type AG-60 is equipped with an air-cooled hose package and designed for a load of up to 70 amperes. The 5 meter hose package has an integrated ground connection. This eliminates the need for an additional connector plug and makes the hose more robust. The switching contact for the ignition is established via a 2-pole connection plug. The plasma cutting torch AG-60 /SG-55 fits well in the hand and allows cutting for longer periods with less fatigue. This hose package is suitable for the following equipment combinations or torches: TIG AC/DC 200 pulse plasma / S-series, DC combination units CT-520 plasma / S-series, CT-50 pulse plasma / S-series, CT-535 plasma / S-series, as well as with the plasma cutter CUT 40 S / -ST-series, CUT 50 / CUT 50 S- /-ST- series, CUT 55 / S-series/, CUT 60 / ST- series, CUT 70 / S-series (without pilot ignition). The switching contact for the ignition is established via a 2-pin connector plug. Our latest generation of hose assemblies has a built-in ground connection in the hose. During welding and plasma cutting, extreme heat is generated and sparks fly. Conventional rubber protection offers only limited protection for the hose assembly in use. Mechanical and thermal stresses can damage the rubber cover.

The leather hose is NOT to be pulled over the existing rubber hose, but it supplements the entire length of the rubber hose. Only then it does offer the highest possible protection and comfort during work. Available in 3,5 m and 5 m length.

Provides protection from external influences such as dirt & sparks. By replacing the conventional rubber cover, the hose package becomes more flexible and facilitates welding. Flame retardant cow split leather reliably protects the cables and increases the service life of the hose package.
