Device functions & components
- Plasma / CUT - A plasma jet is generated by means of electricity, which melts the material, which is then removed with compressed air. This allows effortless precise cutting of all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and many more.
- Cutting thickness - cut-offs are possible up to 25 mm depending on the material. Mild steel ST37 up to 25 mm, V2A or V4A up to 18 mm, aluminum up to 16 mm.
- Pilot ignition - High frequency (HF) pilot ignition for first-class ignition behavior. No contact with the workpiece necessary! The pilot flame establishes the arc. This torch can be operated with a spacer, which is included in the delivery.
- Cutting current - Stepless adjustment from 20 to 70 A.
- Air after-run - After cutting is complete, air automatically flows to cool the torch and reduce nozzle and electrode wear.
