For excellent color rendering during the welding process, the welding helmet is equipped with a real color filter cassette and achieves optical class 1111. The high-quality automatic welding helmet achieves top values in the classes optical quality, light scattering, light transmission fluctuation and angle dependence of light transmission. With a reaction time of 1/35,000 sec., the filter cassette quickly darkens to the set DIN level. The darkening levels can be set from DIN5 to DIN13 depending on the mode. Four high-performance sensors give the signal for darkening as soon as the arc occurs. The fade-in delay can be set in 3 stages.

The automatic high quality vision system operates the most important parameters in terms of optical quality, light distribution, light transmission and light transmission angle.
