The FLUX welding machine has a synergic wire feed, works with up to 140 A and is suitable for FLUX flux-cored wire welding without shielding gas as well as for Lift TIG and MMA/ARC applications. Designed for use in wind and weather, the flux-cored wire welding machine achieves first-class welding results even in adverse weather conditions thanks to its powerful 140 amps. The welding parameters are easy to read on a clear digital display. The various modes can be set quickly using the intuitive menu. State-of-the-art IGBT technology of the latest generation ensures excellent welding properties at high welding speeds. In addition to smart cooling with integrated overheating protection, the welding machine has a synergic wire feed. The wire feed speed is automatically regulated by the set welding current. As a special highlight, the welding machine has an integrated LED light to illuminate the wire guide, which enables the wire spool to be changed quickly even in poor visibility conditions. This is switched on automatically when the protective flap is opened. In combination with the optionally available STAHLWERK WP-17V welding torch, the versatile inverter welding machine can be converted into a TIG welding machine with lift TIG. Flux-cored wire welding is based on a similar process to MIG MAG welding, with the difference that no shielding gas needs to be supplied. The FLUX welding machine is therefore significantly cheaper to maintain than gas-shielded welding machines. Due to its compact dimensions, low weight and the absence of shielding gas, the welding machine is therefore particularly suitable for mobile use on construction sites, assembly or DIY.
