The STAHLWERK GS20 grinding mask protects the eyes and face from solid particles with low impact energy (120 m/s). The face shield is designed for grinding work, machining of metal, wood, or plastic, as well as general work involving mechanical particle exposure within the specified protection class. Its robust construction combines a lightweight design with high wearing comfort. The polycarbonate visor provides a wide field of view, while the adjustable headband allows for a custom fit. A replacement lens is included. The face shield is designed for medium head sizes and has been tested on the standardized head form 1-M. For a precise fit, the distance between the visor and the face can be adjusted using the side fasteners, and the angle of inclination can be adjusted using the provided positioning elements. Protective effectiveness is guaranteed when the grinding mask is correctly adjusted and worn properly. If necessary, it can be combined with appropriate personal protective equipment. The permissible operating temperature range is between -5 °C and +55 °C. The grinding mask is therefore ideally suited for professional use in industry, trade, and DIY.
