Device functions & components
- Plasma / CUT - A plasma jet is generated by means of electricity, which melts the material, which is then removed with compressed air, allowing all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and many more to be cut precisely and effortlessly.
- Cutting thickness - Depending on the material, cuts of up to 44 mm are possible. Mild steel ST37 up to 44 mm, V2A or V4A up to 32 mm, aluminum up to 27 mm.
- Pilot ignition - High-frequency (HF) pilot ignition for first-class ignition behavior - no contact with the workpiece necessary! The pilot flame establishes the arc. This torch can be operated with a spacer included in the scope of delivery.
- Cutting current - Stepless adjustment from 20 to 100 A.
- Air after-run - After the cutting process is completed, air flows in to cool the torch and reduce wear on the nozzle and electrode.
- 2T/4T - determines the control of the operating mode and offers extended control over the current flow. In 2T mode, high-frequency ignition (HF) remains active until the button on the torch is released. In 4T mode, the arc is ignited after pressing and releasing the button once. After pressing and releasing the button again, ignition is terminated.
Device features & advantages
- IGBT technology - The latest and most modern transistor technology enables the highest performance and duty cycle (ED) of 60 % at full power! No transformer, no MOSFET, state-of-the-art IGBT!
- Lightweight & compact design - With only 27.5 kg weight and dimensions of 570 x 310 x 510 mm, the device is ideal for cutting work anywhere. Innovative IGBT transistors save space and weight compared to the old MOSFET technology - no more heavy carrying!
- Highest efficiency & performance - three-phase alternating current (400 V) supplies the device and allows an output power of real 100 amps.
- Smart cooling & overheating protection - State-of-the-art technology, integrated overheating protection and high-performance cooling enable maximum power to be called up.
