
Funktionen
- MIG/MAG-Schutzgasschweißen (GMAW): MIG mit inertem Gas (z. B. Argon) und MAG mit aktivem Gas (z. B. CO₂ oder Mischgas) für un- und niedriglegierte Stähle; Draht und Gas kommen gemeinsam aus dem Brenner, ideal für produktives Arbeiten mit nur einer Hand. Mit dem Gerät ist auch das Löten von CuSi3-Draht möglich.
- FLUX-/Fülldrahtschweißen ohne Gas (FCAW): MIG/MAG-ähnliches Verfahren mit spezieller Fülldrahtelektrode, bei dem der Flussmittelkern den Gasschutz übernimmt – optimal bei Außenarbeiten und Zugluft.
- MMA-/E-Hand-Schweißen (ARC): Elektrodenhandschweißen mit Gleichstrom (20–160 A) für robuste Reparatur- und Montagearbeiten, auch an schwer zugänglichen Stellen. Universell einsetzbar im Innen- und Außenbereich, auch bei Wind und auf Baustellen.
- DC-Lift-TIG-Schweißen (TIG mit Kontaktzündung): Lift-TIG-Modus mit optionalem WP-17V-Brenner: Zündung durch kurzes Anstreichen der Wolframelektrode, ruhiger DC-Lichtbogen für saubere, kontrollierte Nähte an Stahl und Edelstahl.
- Vollsynergisches Gerät: Die Drahtvorschubgeschwindigkeit passt sich automatisch an den eingestellten Schweißstrom und die Spannung an. Der Draht wird von der Rolle durch das Schlauchpaket bis zur Stromdüse gefördert. Durch die automatische Anpassung des Schweißstrom werden Bedienfehler reduziert und gleichmäßige Nähte erzeugt.
- Hotstart und Anti-Stick: Hotstart erhöht kurzzeitig die Spannung für bessere Zündung, Anti-Stick senkt bei Kurzschluss den Strom ab, damit die Elektrode nicht ausglüht und sich leicht lösen lässt.
- Elektronische Sicherheitssteuerung: Moderne IGBT-Invertertechnik, Überhitzungsschutz mit Kontroll-LED, Smartkühlung über leistungsstarken Lüfter und ergonomisches ST-Guard-Gehäuse mit gut zugänglichem Bedienfeld sorgen für sicheres und effizientes Arbeiten.

- Versatile 5-in-1 professional for workshop and assembly: One device for MIG/MAG, FLUX, MMA and Lift-TIG - ideal when space is limited in the workshop or service vehicle, but different processes are required.
- High mobility, low weight: With only approx. 6.8 kg and compact dimensions of 400 × 155 × 290 mm, the device is easy to transport and can be used flexibly at different work locations.
- Optimum duty cycle: 15 % duty cycle at 160 A, 60 % at 80 A and 100 % at 62 A (MIG/MAG/TIG/MMA, 40 °C) enable both short, high-performance seams in the upper current range and longer welding jobs in the medium power range.
- Clean results with shielding gas or cored wire: MIG/MAG with shielding gas delivers smooth, low-spatter seams, while FLUX cored wire does not require an external gas cylinder - particularly practical for outdoor and mobile applications.
- Robust ST-Guard housing and smart cooling: The ergonomic housing protects the electronics, while ventilation openings and fans ensure effective cooling and enable the maximum duty cycle to be utilized.
- Easy handling thanks to digital display: Clearly structured front with process and wire gauge selection, digital current/voltage display and switching function make it easy to quickly adjust the parameters. Settings can be made quickly, which saves time, especially when frequently switching between processes (e.g. MIG and MMA).

- Wire spool - Commercially available 1 kg wire spools can be processed here. The spool mandrel can accommodate 16 mm spools.
- Wire drive roller - different wire thicknesses can be used by simply changing the drive roller (0.6 mm / 0.8 mm / 1.0 mm).
- MMA electrode welding / MMA welding - is a universal welding process. No shielding gas is required.
- Lift TIG - With a separately available (not included) hose package, the device can also be used for DC TIG welding (brush ignition).
Note: The device is not intended for use in residential areas where the power supply is provided by a public low-voltage supply system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic compatibility in these areas due to both conducted and radiated interference.
