The STAHLWERK ARC-200 ST IGBT is a compact manual electric welder with a genuine 200 amps. The advantage of the DC electrode welder, which weighs just 6.3 kg, is that it is compact yet very powerful. The STAHLWERK ARC-200 ST has a hot-start function that automatically increases the welding current for a short time at the start, thus enabling very good ignition results. Advanced IGBT technology enables maximum performance in manual metal arc welding. This performance is achieved by 12 IGBT transistors. If the electrode sticks, the welding current is automatically reduced thanks to the anti-stick function so that the electrode can be easily detached from the welding point and does not anneal. The ARC-200 ST electrode welding machine is supplied with a comprehensive accessory package.

Device features & benefits

Hotstart - Automatic voltage increase at start for better ignition results. Prevents sticking of the stick electrode and heats up the weld start faster by briefly overriding the set welding current.
Anti-stick - Automatic shutdown of the welding current when the electrode remains stuck enables easy removal. It also prevents the electrode from annealing.
Smart Cooling & Overheat Protection - State-of-the-art technology, built-in overheat protection and high-performance cooling allow you to retrieve maximum power.
Note: The unit is not intended for use in residential areas where power is supplied by a public low-voltage power system. It may be difficult to ensure electromagnetic compatibility in these areas due to both conducted and radiated interference.
