The practical set with TIG welding rods and TIG pen combines three common TIG filler materials for steel, high-alloy stainless steel and aluminum. The filler material ER70S-G3 is designed for applications in steel, boiler, ship, container, machine and vehicle construction. ER307Si is high-alloy, corrosion-resistant and work-hardening. ER4043Si5 is corrosion-resistant, insensitive to hot cracking and suitable for aluminum casting. All three filler materials form a viscous, easily controllable weld pool during processing, which enables efficient welding. The set is supplemented by a TIG pen for continuous feeding of the filler material during TIG welding. Wire thicknesses from 0.8 to 3.2 mm can be processed with the welding wire holder. The holder is easy and intuitive to use. The TIG pen is held in the hand like a normal pen. The wire is fed into the weld pool by turning the feed wheel with the index finger. This allows welding rods to be processed very smoothly and almost completely.
