STAHLWERK automatic welding helmet RAPTOR 3-in-1 in a set with welding hood | LED head light | true color true color reproduction | job memory | automatic dimming DIN 4 - DIN 13 | optical class 1/1/1/2

With optical classes 1/1/1/2, the 3-in-1 automatic welding helmet is ideal for professional welding, plasma cutting, grinding, cutting and sawing work. The welding helmet reliably protects the eyes and face from harmful flashes, heat, sparks and high-speed particles. Equipped with a latest-generation True Color filter cassette, the welding mask ensures optimum visibility and excellent true color reproduction. The advanced true-color technology offers significantly sharper vision and color accuracy than conventional true-color filter cartridges.

Four independent sensors ensure automatic dimming of the welding shield as soon as the arc ignites. The desired parameters (WELD / CUT / GRIND / DARK MODE) can be conveniently selected with just one hand using a push button, without having to take off the welding helmet. DARK MODE is recommended in unusual lighting conditions when automatic dimming cannot be guaranteed due to unfavorable lighting conditions. The various darkening levels can be set from DIN 4 to DIN 13 depending on the mode by turning the push button. Precise fine-tuning can be carried out using the SHADE function of the filter cassette. The settings can also be varied between individual DIN levels in steps of 0.1. The welding helmet also has an automatic sensitivity setting (SENSIVITY). To illuminate the work area in poor visibility conditions, the welding helmet is equipped with a switchable LED light above the visor, which can be recharged via USB. This goes out automatically as soon as the arc ignites. For forced welding, the welding helmet has an innovative locking protection to prevent accidental adjustment of the darkening levels. In addition, the illuminated LED filter cassette can be used to adjust the light sensitivity and the delay of the darkening filter to the individual requirements on site.

For short welding cycles such as tack welding or spot welding, the automatic welding helmet has an additional TACK mode specially adapted to the process. The large field of vision of the filter cassette is 116 x 81 mm, so that you have an optimum view of the work area and workpiece at all times. The professional welding helmet also offers sufficient space for wearing a respirator mask or goggles. Thanks to numerous adjustment options, the welding helmet's premium headband adapts perfectly to the shape of the head and ensures an optimum fit. The particularly lightweight design of the welding mask promises a high level of comfort, even during longer work cycles. In addition to the automatic welding helmet, the set includes a heat-resistant welding hood that protects against slag, welding spatter, sparks and flames. It is flame-retardant, temperature-resistant and reduces heat transfer. The robust material and reinforced seams ensure durability and comfort. Thanks to the Velcro fastener, the hood can be individually adjusted and worn under the welding helmet. The combination of welding helmet and protective hood offers a high level of protection when welding and cutting. This makes it a valuable component of personal protective equipment (PPE) in industry, trade and DIY.
