This set combines surface cleaning and welding torch wear parts in one package: The 3-piece wire brush set (220 mm / 9") consists of a brass brush, steel brush and nylon brush for effective cleaning of dirty surfaces. The brass and steel wire have high-quality bristles made from crimped wire, while the nylon brush uses a robust nylon/polyamide connection. The three-row bristle arrangement with 15 mm bristle length ensures high efficiency; an ergonomic handle supports comfortable working, side recesses allow for hanging. The set is supplemented by original STAHLWERK AK14/MB14/AK15/MB15 cored wire nozzles in a set of 4 (up to 200 A) for an ideal welding result when working with cored wire. The flux-cored wire nozzle compensates for the cooling of the missing shielding gas and thus protects the contact tip from excessive heat in the long term. High-quality materials ensure a long service life; particularly heat-resistant and robust with insulating ceramic ring. Easy to attach to the welding torch, perfect alignment - installation without assembly tools.
